Community access to quality and affordable health care is one of the foundation rights of an individuals and community as well. This can be achieved if the Health system is well coordinated with other sectors like good nutrition, quality education, security etc.

It's at this point my community lack those Essential services mentioned above i.e HEALTH . Upon this background I would like to build a community Health Center that will offer the following services to the community, Maternal and Child Health services like Antenatal care to pregnant mothers, deliveries of expectant mothers, Postnatal services, immunisation of children below 5 years and women of reproduction age, Out patient and inpatient management and treatment of diseases and among others services. For the above to be successful it needs money for purchasing the land for construction/building ,buying of medical equipments, drugs and paying the Health workers who will be offering the services to the community.
